Some of my recent experiences include the Digital Manufacturing strategy for a US-based  Defense Manufacturer; value realization for one of the largest IoT programs in Asia; reimagination of the fund and record-keeping business in Canada, and supply chain transformation in blockchain for a Fortune 50 CPG company.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to work on exciting engagement around the world with Manufacturing and Energy clients. I have crafted solutions that help businesses make better products, enhance productivity, increase worker safety and transform IT capability. The Great Restructuring, brought on by the pandemic has permanently accelerated technology adoption.

My team and I help our clients modernize their IT organizations, processes, applications, and architectures to accelerate innovation, enhance resilience and build flexibility and variability to adapt to business demands.

As the Lead to Revenue value chain lead at LTI, I work with clients to define and transform Customer Journeys. These include engagements in B2B, B2B2C and B2C. Some of my recent engagements include modernization of the Q2C process for a distributor, eCommerce advisory at a Medical Devices company and evaluation of a solution-based selling and subscription systems for a Fortune 100 company.

I also lead new-age disruptive SaaS platforms around Lead to Revenue, Supply Chain and Connected Planning and Analysis.

As a Design leader, I am privileged to work with an uber-creative team of fellow Design Thinkers, Ethnographers, and a varied set of designers- including Strategic, Product, Industrial, Transportation, Graphic, Interaction, and more.

As a team, we engage with clients globally to define and curate experiences that are human-centric, imagination-led, and deeply immersive. Some of our recent work includes experience transformation in the connected and intelligent space for a US-based Manufacturing Major, employee experience and engagement redesign for one of the most creative Media companies, reimagining B2B experience for an American Motor Company, and more.

As a digital transformation leader, I work with clients to shape the future of their customer journeys, operational processes and enabling technologies. My core area of expertise is in large scale operating model and operational excellence transformations with focus in the financial industry.

Some of my very recent engagements include developing a target operating model for a North American bank, selection and implementation of a loan origination system for a mid-size bank in Middle East, developing low-code/no-code target operating model for a large European industrial company and reimagining digital customer lifecycle management solution for a global bank. I and my super talented team of problem solvers are passionate about solving for the digital future of our clients and customers.

The line between digital and physical continues to fade as these two worlds continue to overlap.  Creating harmonious strategies that support what is becoming a seamless journey is an exciting North Star that we build towards in partnership with our clients. We work with companies to navigate the ever-changing landscape of digital payments, pulling from deep relationships with top tier banks, fin-techs, and emerging payment providers.

I have been in digital for nearly 20 years with a focus on client-centricity and an emphasis on payment experiences. However, there is no more exciting time than the present as LTI aids our clients through The Great Restructuring journey that is taking place across the globe, introducing new ways of working, demanding focus on human empathy, and birthing digital experiences that we’ve only been able to imagine.

We are living in an era of convergence, where technology is impacting all aspects of our lives. As a digital consulting leader at LTI, I am working with our global automotive and manufacturing clients to reimagine their existing operational processes, customer journeys, product innovations enabled by technology. I have experience in core manufacturing, with extensive work on process development and cost structure analysis.

Some of my recent engagements include working with a leading European industrial manufacturer to unlock the potential of enterprise data, developing a digital manufacturing strategy for a leading specialized vehicle manufacturer, and building a digital construction strategy for a leading global engineering client. My team and I are extremely passionate about identifying and solving for the business problems of our clients.

Digital Transformation is affecting the Life Sciences industry in a significant manner across all the functions. As a digital consulting leader at LTI, I am working with our Life Sciences clients to reimagine their existing operational processes from R&D to commercialization, employee, partner and customer journeys and leveraging data effectively to make better decisions to bring more value to patient lives.

While my past experiences were in clinical trial and patient safety transformation journeys, my recent engagements are in Manufacturing compliance transformation, as well as enterprise Cloud adoption for Life Sciences companies.

As LTI’s global Utilities transformation leader , I'm excited about what we can do to improve grid operations, stability and resiliency around the world, improve cost structures, design customer journeys to ultimately transition to a greener energy future. I had the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative electric, gas, and water utilities in North America and abroad to achieve their operations goals that include but are not limited to reduce costs and add potential new revenues; improve reliability, system resiliency, productivity; and enhance safety, security, and compliance.

Some of my recent engagements include co-creating innovative solutions to transform field services operations, IT/OT convergence, GIS / GWD transformation strategy and EV analytics.

I operate at the convergence of physical and digital. Technology and its applicability excites me, and it is my job to bring it to life for our clients to accelerate their Digital Transformation journey. And in that journey, I adopt a three-pronged strategy where Humans are at the epicenter of what we envision and design, technology as an accelerator in the build process and innovation as the means to scale an inclusive, sustainable and responsible business.
